Description
This was actually done a looong time ago, and was my avatar on pe2k forums for a little while.
Anyways, it's a pretty unique, sorta different type of pixel over that I had seen done before a few times--after a while, I felt the need to try it myself.
Basically, I enlarged (via stretch/skew) the first frame Vulpix sprite from HGSS, then pixelled over it.
A bit tricky if you don't use Photoshop or something to dim the coloring down. XD

By far one of the better Pixel Over of a pokemon I've seen, a lot of the ones I've seen have poor shading which looks odd, but the scribbling effect works quite nicely here, very well done!
